Virtual Exercise Group

Did you know that the CDC recommends for adults ages 65 and older to engage in 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week?  Fountain of Life's Senior Virtual Exercise Group meets 3x per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.  We've been exercising together since September 2022.  Our exercise group is designed for seniors of all mobility levels.  If you'd liked to join us, contact us at for the Zoom access information!
